Melting

The aluminum melting furnace is capable of melting all aluminum materials and aluminum alloy materials. HTGP melting furnaces have a capacity of 50kg to 15 tons, and we use highly advanced machines to melt scrap aluminum into liquid aluminum within 40-60 minutes.

Casting Process

Usually, scrap aluminum can be melted and cast into aluminum ingots or aluminum rods through a horizontal continuous casting machine or deep well casting. Aluminum rods can be further processed into thinner aluminum wires.

Aluminum Casting Equipment

Scrap aluminum is recycled by melting in an aluminum induction melting furnace or natural gas aluminum melting furnace and then casting. High Recovery Rate

With the help of our production control machines and tools developed in-house with the help of 3D modelling technology, our aluminum melting furnaces have a high recovery rate of 92%-95% for re-melting of scrap aluminum, thus avoiding any waste of raw materials.

Air Cooling and Automatic Casting

Induction melting equipment such as metal melting furnaces need to use water circulation to cool the equipment to achieve the purpose of cooling. HTGP induction melting furnace provides a solution that uses air cooling as a cooling method. Aluminum melting equipment under 3 tons can be fully air-cooled without water cooling equipment.

Cast Other Materials

Melting and casting other materials/parts such as aluminum ingots, rods and billets from various scrap aluminum is an increasingly common problem. HTGP has many years of experience in casting other materials/parts. Our solutions are widely used in the aluminium casting industry.
