Induction melting equipment such as aluminum melting furnaces needs to use water circulation to cool the equipment. HTGP also provides a solution that uses air-cooling to achieve the purpose of cooling. Aluminum melting furnaces under 3 tons can be fully air-cooled without water cooling equipment.

Our hydraulic tilting aluminum melting furnace is equipped with an automatic aluminum liquid rotary casting cup to realize fully automatic aluminum ingot casting. In this way, we can provide automatic casting machines for aluminum ingots ranging from 5 meters to 26 meters for buyers with small and medium capacities. This ingot casting machine can also be applied to copper ingot casting lines and iron ingot casting lines, only need to replace ingot molds of different materials.

High Recovery Rate

With the help of our production control machines and tools developed in-house with the help of 3D modelling technology, our aluminum melting furnaces have a high recovery rate of 92%-95% for re-melting of scrap aluminum, thus avoiding any waste of raw materials.

Air Cooling and Automatic Casting
