The working principle is to heat the mixture of aluminum and aluminum waste to achieve the aluminum liquid recovery effect. It also uses the combustion and static functions as one, effectively dissolves the aluminum particles in the mixture with the temperature of the aluminum liquid, separates the aluminum slag from the pure aluminum, thereby increasing the melting speed of aluminum and the temperature of aluminum liquid, which is conducive to the separation of aluminum liquid and aluminum slag. The aluminum slag can be further separated in the ash roasting machine, and the aluminum liquid can be fused and stirred in the furnace to achieve qualified water for recycling.

Unique waste heat recovery structure. The exhaust gas from gas combustion is cooled and discharged by a heat storage box equipped with special materials, and the remaining heat is absorbed by the heat storage body. Two independent waste heat recovery systems work alternately to lock heat in the furnace for combustion support. The LE-ZN series gas melting aluminum rotary furnace forms low-temperature smoke exhaust.
