Rectangular Aluminum Melting Furnace
When the circular furnace structure is used for production, the height of the workshop is significantly increased due to the need for opening the cover and slag removal operations, and it also occupies 2 to 3 furnace positions. Therefore, the utilization rate of the circular aluminum melting furnace workshop is relatively low, and the investment in plant infrastructure is also much higher than the rectangular furnace. For this reason, many manufacturers choose rectangular aluminum melting furnaces.
Vertical Aluminum Melting Furnace
The aluminum melting furnace with a vertical structure is widely used in some small and medium-sized enterprises and the die-casting industry. In this type of furnace, a vertical flue with a large cross-section is installed at the rear of the furnace, and a high-speed burner is installed at the bottom of the flue, the aluminum ingots and charge are added from the top of the flue and are quickly melted at the bottom of the flue by the impact of the flame. At the same time, the flue gas can fully exchange heat with the added cold charge during the discharge process, so the thermal efficiency of the shaft furnace is very high. , usually can reach more than 50%, the energy consumption index is relatively good.

Reverberatory Furnace
The fuel used in the reverberatory furnace mainly includes natural gas, coal gas, heavy oil, etc. The air content of the fuel combustion has a great influence on the thermal efficiency of the reverberatory furnace. If the air content is too much, a large amount of air that does not participate in combustion in the exhaust smoke will take away a large amount of heat, resulting in low thermal efficiency. If the air content is too small, it will cause incomplete combustion of fuel and reduce thermal efficiency, and a large amount of polluting exhaust gas will be emitted.
Resistance Furnace
A resistance furnace is an industrial furnace that uses electric current to heat the electric heating element or heating medium in the furnace to heat the workpiece or material. It is divided into the direct heating furnace and the indirect heating furnace. It is a heating furnace that uses electric current to generate heat through resistive materials and can heat the charge to a very high temperature. For example, a carbon material graphitization electric furnace can heat materials to over 2500°C.
The direct heating furnace applies electric power directly to the material itself. Because the resistivity of the material itself is very small, a large current is usually required to meet the heating demand.
The indirect heating furnace is to connect the power supply to the heating element or other conductive medium so that the heating element or conductive medium generates heat. And the furnace material is heated indirectly through heat conduction, convection, and radiation. Most of the resistance furnaces currently on the market are indirect heating furnaces.
Induction Furnace
An induction furnace is an electric furnace that uses the induction electrothermal effect of materials to heat or melt materials. The main components of an induction furnace include an inductor, a furnace body, a power supply, a capacitor, and a control system.
Under the action of the alternating electromagnetic field in the induction furnace, eddy currents are generated inside the material to achieve the effect of heating or melting. Under the stirring effect of this alternating magnetic field, the composition and temperature of the material in the furnace are relatively uniform, the forging heating temperature can reach 1250°C, and the melting temperature can reach 1650°C.
