Product Features
1. The electric induction aluminum melting furnace has a flexible capacity ranging from 0.1T to 5T;
2. The furnace is equipped with water temperature pressure, phase loss, overvoltage, and overcurrent protection. A melting control system can also be added according to demand to precisely control the melting process;
3. The furnace with a capacity of less than 3T can be fully air-cooled, and the power consumption per ton is as low as 350kW·h;
4. The crucible is made of high-quality silicon carbide crucible, the heating temperature is uniform, and there is no flow or tumbling during the melting process;
5. The service life of the aluminum furnace is more than 10 years;
6. Besides being used in the steel-making factories, the fixed aluminum melting furnace with a small capacity can be used to do experiments in the laboratory.
