This casting machine is a special equipment for aluminum ingot production. It is generally configured in the casting workshop to cast aluminum liquid into finished aluminum alloy ingots.


This equipment is a continuous casting equipment for aluminum alloy ingots. The production processes such as casting, cooling, and demoulding are all completed online at one time. It is safe, reliable, and easy to operate.

 

The aluminum ingot casting unit is an automatic production line for continuous casting of ordinary aluminum ingots. The raw aluminum is compressed into a fixed block by a briquetting machine. The processed aluminum raw material is put into the melting furnace to melt into liquid. It comes out of the melting furnace and is injected into the horizontal casting machine through the chute and distributor to solidify and form, and then stacked and bundled.

Description of equipment composition and main technical parameters


This casting unit is a fixed equipment. The raw material aluminum is first pressed into blocks and then melted in the melting furnace. The aluminum liquid flows out of the melted metal liquid through the aluminum outlet chute and the casting chute into the distributor, so that the aluminum liquid is evenly injected into the mold installed in the horizontal chain casting machine. Arrange the finished aluminum ingots according to the specified arrangement shape.
