Induction Heating

Bragging and Copper Soldering

Copper soldering, brazing, and fusion welding, like quenching heating, require centralized and precisely controlled heating. Because induction heating is very fast, it results in minimal oxidation and deformation, and is also less expensive than some of the most commonly used heating methods. In many cases, its applications are similar to quenching heating techniques. Because the heating time for many welding operations is very short, the power supply must be able to repeatedly heat in a precisely controlled manner.

Typical heating inductors include

1. Vacuum melting analysis inductor for air-cooled silicon tubes;

2. Plate-type combination inductor for easy workpiece insertion;

3. Multi-turn square-section tube inductor for heating large cross-section workpieces;

4. Inductor for rotary moving heating connected to a rotating indexing plate;

5. Linear moving heating inductor;

6. Horizontal partitioned purification inductor;

7. Multi-inductor using rectangular tubes to provide a high coupling coefficient;

8. Typical double-turn inductor for non-ferrous metal copper welding;

9. Multi-station inductor;

10. Spiral inductor for heating inner surfaces;

11. Flat double-turn inductor;

12. Horseshoe inductor;

13. Flat inductor for heating flat surfaces;

14. Inductor for welding blades;

15. Slit inductor for heating thin sheets. Basic Welding Techniques:

For each filler metal, there is an optimal welding gap range. For the filler metal to be used, its optimal welding gap range curve should be considered, and this point should be fully taken into account when designing the welded joint.
