Under normal circumstances, in the recycling of scrap steel, the composition of scrap steel resources varies greatly, and the scrap steel needs to be pre-treated before being melted in the electric furnace.
The pre-treatment of scrap steel can improve the input-output ratio of scrap steel to finished steel bars.
At present, there are three main types of scrap steel processing equipment:
1. Briquetting equipment. It is mainly used to deal with thin plates, wire rods and chips produced during machining.
2. Cutting device. Such as: crocodile scissors, gantry scissors. It is mainly used to process heavy scrap steel and large components for easy melting in the furnace.
3. Crushing equipment. Such as: metal crusher. It is used to process unsorted and mixed low-quality scrap steel to obtain crushed steel with stable pure composition.
